They taste and feel like starburst with a bit of a herbal twang. Two is the recommended dose. I do not notice an immediate effect, but as I have mentioned, I have seen my data improve regarding less wakefulness at night and more calm energy. My HRV has increased. Heart Rate Variable is how responsive your heart is to stress and how quickly it is able to recover. I don’t know if this supplement is the only helpful thing I’m doing, but I do feel it’s worth using it and I’ve been sticking to it for about 6 months now. I really like these and think it is effective as they did help in relaxing and getting me to sleep but because they taste good I found myself indulging in eating too many at a time and it became as candy instead of just a supplement. Also had to be concerned since it does have sugar. The texture is like eating toffees and is very easy to swallow.

These chewables help take the edge off. It can be difficult for me to focus with heavy workloads combined with providing customer service. These helped me feel less irritated and stressed. Packaging is great, these are wrapped like starburst candies so you can easily take a couple with you on the go. I just wish these were a little cheaper in price

These work so good! I take them before and I sleep like a baby! My sister is taking them too and she says they help her too! Also a bonus is they taste great!

These are ok, I just don't want to chew them, I would much rather them be a tablet. It appears that this products is not currently produced in a tablet form from what I can find. The taste is a bit strong but they are ok.
