Very comfortable, very supportive.
Ruptured Hydrocele forced me to find ways to support things. And this did a very good job. Waist sizing was good and the pouch covered me at different stages of healing. (Volume went down over time, then went back up) Easily as good as the ones the hospital gave me after surgery. Indeed I kept using these until I eventually recovered. Worn under boxers, I wouldn’t know I was wearing anything unusual. Very comfortable. Buy with confidence, and good luck.

High quality with traditional UK design.
Customers who like Litesome, now out of production for many years, will love this jockstrap. It has the same construction as many UK manufacturers used, but which became almost unavailable. This jockstrap has a nice wide waistband that will not "roll over", and covered elastic leg straps. In my opinion, this construction is way better than much more expensive ones, with the leg elastic straps sewn to the pouch. I hate that. Pouch material does not contain woven in shearing elastic, like some American brands. Another massive plus.

Poor stitching
Originally thought 5 Star as they looked identical to the hospital supplied item post op. Despite only hand washing and about 20 wears the stitching at the front of the pouch is failing. I am 34 waist and the medium is a very tight fit. Bought three of these and two are failing. Only needed them for short term use so they have served their purpose.

The product was as described. A photo/video would probably be deemed "inappropriate". Arrived a day early - bonus!

Great support
I had a testicular torsion operation a few days ago. I purchased a few similar products, before getting this, and this is the best one I have. The sizing is near perfect as per the measurements given. If you are towards the top end of a size, I would recommend going one up. Great support and very comfortable compared to everything else I have tried.
