Probably a little overpriced, they are thin and cheap, suspect will chip easily. Expected a little nicer quality at this price point. They look nice as long as you don't touch them.

The bowls are very small. Other than that it's a nice set.

Came broken in the box but received a replacement and that was perfect.

I just updated my kitchen with a soapstone counter and sink and am concerned about the durability of the dishes because breakage is a real possibility with soapstone. Not only are these dishes absolutely beautiful but they have handled slips in the sink without so much as a chip. I bought two sets of the gold-lined set and plan on purchasing two more sets for 32 place settings for the holidays. The set is also dressy enough that I have used them during formal functions without a problem.

I love the design- modern square combined with traditional, delicate golden rim, but the quality of this Matashi Opal Glassware Dinnerware Set was very disappointing. For start, the surface of the plates was uneven and upon the closer inspection, there were small specks of color within the top glaze and the surface of the plates was very uneven. Worst though was that the golden rim was missing in many places, and this was very noticeable. This may not be the most expansive set out there, but for the price I was expecting much better quality. Sadly, returning.

I ordered this beautiful Glassware not only to replace my old dishes, which were chipped and cracked and missing pieces from moving around so much, but also for the Holidays, and most importantly, Christmas Dinner with my family. This Dinnerware is absolutely stunning. It’s lightweight, but strong, dishwasher safe and looks amazing set out for a meal. I use it every day and I am absolutely loving it!

I like it a lot. Has a nice formal feel, yet at the end of a dinner for eight including desert, all the pieces can go INTO THE DISHWASHER! Just the thing for a Lord of the Rings themed dinner party.

I received two sets of four set dining ware in total of 8 set x 4x. one set is thicker than the other. you can tell by the weight when you hold it and by looking at the handle. The gold rim is not a smooth. I am very disappointed. The look is good but the quality is worse than ikeas and target dining ware.

We bought two sets of these beautiful dishes a few years ago. After only a few weeks the large dinner plate shattered inside the microwave. We emailed the company and they replaced it right away at no charge. I confirmed again with them that these plates can go in the microwave. Then today a second plate cracked in the microwave. I am now afraid to use them in the microwave. This is my only concern. Lovely set otherwise.
