these are a pretty high protein count for a healthy between meals snack. Especially for the price. The berries add a little change of pace, I like them. ESPECIALLY for the price. The calories aren't fantastic, but I've seen waay worse.When you take in the taste, protein count- which helps balance out the calorie count- cost and fat, etc, its not a "free" food, but acceptable when balanced with what it does for you. Again, especially for the price. You'll have to figure out for your own situation, what's best. Of course, the higher the protein count, it becomes a filling meal, instead of a pick-me-up snack
