I was been enjoying using the Metamucil Gummies, which have helped my regularity a great deal, taking two Gummies a day. This product would require 4 to 6 capsules a day to get the same amount of fiber. I take 4 capsules and sometimes a gummy later. Its hard to eat more than one gummie at a time and they have too many calories.

I bought the bottle and it specifically says on the label. Do not use if printed seal under the cap is missing or damaged. There is no printed seal under the cap. Any attempt to talk to anybody about the problem leads to nothing including that I cannot return it. I also cannot use it if there’s a possibility of it being tampered with. It is a no use to me then.

Amazon DID make good on this, but glad I was observant:Supposed to be 2 bottles for the price, but only 1 was sent.This is NOT a knock on the product itself…that is fine. Just a knock on PACKAGING.
