Tasty and calming – great for winding down naturally
I wanted something to help support better sleep without jumping straight to melatonin, and these gummies ticked a lot of the right boxes. The ingredients — magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and ashwagandha — are known for promoting relaxation, and together they seem to gently take the edge off after a long day.The blackcurrant flavour is genuinely nice, not overly sweet or synthetic-tasting, and the fact that there’s no added sugar is a bonus. They’ve now become part of my evening routine — I usually take two about 30 minutes before bed. They don’t knock me out, but I do feel calmer and ready to switch off.Sleep has felt deeper and less broken since I started using them, though it took a few days to properly notice a difference. I don’t wake up feeling drowsy or foggy either, which sometimes happens with stronger sleep aids.If I had one small gripe, it’s that the texture is a little firmer than I expected — not a dealbreaker at all, just a bit different from other gummies I’ve tried. Also, if you’re very sensitive to supplements, you might want to start with one and see how it feels. All in all, a gentle, non-habit-forming option for helping your body wind down naturally. Definitely worth trying if you’re after a sleep aid that doesn’t leave you feeling knocked out or groggy.

Does the Trick
If like me you struggle with either getting to sleep or staying asleep, then you'll know how frustrating it can be! I've tried all sorts over the years, from things like melatonin, however what I have found is that magnesium does really help. I've been buying magnesium citrate for a year or two, and that really helps me get to sleep initially. However, after 4 or 5 hours I often wake back up and then struggle to go back to sleep, so I've been looking for something to help that, hence was keen to try these out.First impressions are good, you get 60 no added sugar gummies in the bottle, and each containing a blend of Magnesium Glycinate, L- Theanine, Ashwagandha, Chamomile, Lemon balm, Vitamin B6. Basically everything that can promote relaxation and help stop racing thoughts. The gummies themselves are about the size of a 5p, and have an aroma of blackcurrant. They are soft to chew and pretty sweet, although they do have a little bitterness in the aftertaste, but nothing too bad.Effect wise, I have been finding these do help me get back to sleep when I wake up in the night compared to without them. I get up for a wee, pop one of these then get back into bed and read for 15 mins, and I'm back off to sleep for a few more hours, so happy days.Overall, at £10 for 60 I think these are pretty good value for the convenience of just being able to chew one if you wake up, and of course you can take them before bed too if you like, however I find taking a magnesium citrate or Gycinate is better value for that, and save these for waking up.

Taste great, wish they were sweets. May help some to sleep better.
I got these as my better half spotted them and wanted to give them a whirl. The gummies arrive is a well sealed package ensuring they are fresh when opened. They taste great, honestly I've had worse gummy sweets. The important thing is the help to sleep aspect, my other half seems to find they help her out with better and more continual sleep throughout the night. For me they don't seem to be as effective, this could be down to many factors including my build and needing fairly high doses of things in general.

Results are disappointing so far
I’ve been trying these Melatonin Alternative gummies for a short time now with limited success. Prior to taking these my sleep was often very disturbed, waking on average 5 or six times a night and feeling tired in the morning. I have had some success using a melatonin gummy but was worried about the long-term effects of taking it, so decided to give these a try. While. I did find it easier to fall asleep using these and have been somewhat more refreshed in a morning, I am waking more during the night than when taking the melatonin-based supplements. Taste wise, these are soft and chewable and quite sweet. I am pleased that these are vegan and sugar free so they fit in with my dietary restrictions well. I will continue to take these for a longer period and see if this there is any improvement before returning, albeit reluctantly to those with a melatonin base.

These calm busy minds and really will help you drift off
I have been taking these for several nights now and, I really think they help. I could not honestly say they zonk me out, but, I have come to realise that the inclusion of Ashwagandha and Magnesium in high strength along with tried and tested Lemon Balm and Camomile, really do calm me down, curtail my racing brain and help me drift off soon after I get into bed to sleep. I know this, because since I have been using these and, similar gummies, my sleep app. is congratulating me on how much sleep I am getting and, my body is benefitting.I can't quite make out the flavour of these, perfectly pleasant, fruity and, sugar free. Texture of a soft wine gum. The recommended does is two, before bed (or even if you just want to be calm) that's a 30 day supply for £9.99 which, given I think they do work, represents excellent value as many cost a bit more. The beauty of using the Ashwagandha and Magnesium is that, unlike a normal sleeping tab, prescription or otherwise, you are always left with a bit of an overhang the following morning. I had been prescribed Amitriptilyn as a low dose and even then I split them in half) to help with back pain, sleep and, anxiety but since I have been using these I simply haven't taken any Amitriptilyn and get to sleep and stay asleep and wake up refreshed so, it's a no brainer for me and I highly recommend anyone with sleep issues to, at least give them a go. Am not recommending anyone give up prescription medicine but in my case it was a take as you need basis and, it's great not to need them and find something natural that actually works.
