Q: Can this product go over another brand of sealer?

I did and have seen no negative effects, but I have been disappointed in the product in that rain does not bead up as on other dealers.

Q: Does this prevent berries and leaves from staining the concrete?

The concrete driveway sealer is designed to prevent long term deterioration from water damage and de-icing salts. It prevents water from from penetrating the concrete while allowing the concrete to breathe. Like any surface it is important to clean up sources of possible stains to prevent discoloration

Q: I applied this to my concrete patio last year. Can I apply it again this year without stripping the previous coat off (I will power wash first)?

I have in the past applied the year after the initial coat. It seemed to work well. I would not use a power washer, however, since that might strip the previous year's coat.
