This metal strap is cute and well made but at 1/2 lb. it's too heavy for my lightweight crossbody bag (and my shoulder).

I had a favorite bag where the straps were worn out The bag was still in excellent condition My bag looks brand new with metal straps i Had taken another bag to shoe repair because I needed the straps replaced it was $40.00 and that was 3 years ago

I added this chain to a coach purse and I get stopped at least once a week with people asking if the chain came with the purse since it's so unique. So far it hasn't tarnished. It does tangle upon itself but is easy to unravel. I do have to be careful with delicate clothing as it will snag on open woven clothes.
