It does stay mostly kink-free, though if you bend it sharply or run it around tight corners, you still have to straighten it out once in a while. The material feels thinner than a heavy-duty hose, so I wouldn’t expect it to survive being constantly dragged over rough concrete or sharp edges, but for normal use it’s held up fine so far. Water pressure has been consistent with no leaks at the connections. Storage is simple since it coils down small and doesn’t expand or retract.
