Got my hair dye shampoo broken it spilled all in the box as you can see in the pictures. Ok they send me a new one it was not broken and I’m loving how my hair came out. Thank you for resending me a new one I’m very happy.

This is a mess! There is 2 compartments in bottle. When you pump to dispense it mixes the 2. It is so runny hard to mix before it's running down your arm. Used once, rinse and wiped off bottle. Saved for another time. Next morning my shower wall is purple. It had leaked out bottle and all down wall. Don't buy it's a waste of money.

This product is marketed as a shampoo, but it’s really a hair dye that needs to be applied before showering—not something you just lather up and rinse out like regular shampoo. That part feels misleading and could definitely catch people off guard. I have dark brown hair with some graying, and after one 15-minute application, there was barely any change. In fact, my hair had a slight blonde tint, which was unexpected. After a few more uses, it started to cover better, but it’s definitely not a one-and-done product. It does come with a small amount of Vaseline to protect your skin from stains, but it’s nowhere near enough if you’re planning to use the whole bottle over time—you’ll want to have your own on hand. Overall, it can work, but the “shampoo” label is a stretch, and it requires multiple applications to see noticeable results.

Frist it keeps leaking after you open it as soon as rinse out your colour gone utterly useless and waste of money.

I love it, it dyes my gray hair perfectly and makes my hair super pretty. Before this, I used to buy dye and I would dye my hair a lot. This is the best.
