Not iron on.
Won't stick. No directions. Not iron on. I followed iron on directions I found on Pinterest. Hot iron, hard surface, hold fit 45 seconds, etc. even after holding for more than a minute doesn't stick at all. Will have to sew it. What a waste.

This is by far the most spectacular patch I have for the Hawks to date. Plan on embellishing it before I apply it permanently to a garment.
