Okay, I was extremely nervous after reading some of the review from this seller. I am used to buying from smaller nurseries, however they did not disappoint! Although there was no insulation in the package there was a heat pack. There appears to be no frozen damage. The roots don’t smell bad, so no root rot. I can see new growth already sprouting so I’m sure this plant is in good health. The Plants aren’t root bound which is great and the color of the leaves are beautiful! Overall, I would recommend buying from them!! I would like to note that in general pothos are usually forgiving plants.

Plants in perfect packaging and health, I would buy again… and I did! Great value, 4 Devils Ivy plants had perfect big green leaves, packaged with care and professionalism with paper so the leaves stay dry roots stay moist with a little plastic wrap around the soil. If you order plants online Costa Farms is your only option on Amazon, because they actually ship them correctly, unlike some of these other sellers that wrap their plants in bubble wrap and tape it closed and then you get rotten mushy dead plants… not at Costa Farms! (I’m using them for my 125 and 75 gallon central/south American Cichlid aquariums to soak up all the nitrates being produced by the fish to make the tanks very low maintenance and reduces toxicity/water changes. These work the best for any aquarists out there! Perfect size to fit in the aquarium baskets too!)

Very nice plant! It arrived in a cardboard box with a heat pack to keep the plant alive and was packed nicely. I thought the pot was ceramic, it’s not but it’s still VERY cute and nice! Plant was in a great state and healthy!

I am writing the review a month later, I gave time for the plant to recover, I don't think it is fair to give a comment lightly, considering that the plant underwent a trip, that even when the handling and shipping was the adequate, always the plant is stressed and can suffer, so I decided to wait.
