The wife has been using them for 3 weeks and has seen about 15 yards more so far. I think these weights stretch you out so the swing is more fluid. I;m sure over time it will add the proper muscles to hit it farther.

This works!
I haven't bought these yet, but I just had a speed lesson with a PGA professional. I wanted to hit further w/ my driver and had thought I was over swinging. He said no, I was swinging way too slow. He set up his tracker and sure enough, I was swinging my driver at on 76 mph and only hitting it 175 yards. So he took my driver and swung it 104 mph and 275 yards.He then took out the speed sticks and we did the drills. My speed instantly increased to 85 mph and was driving it 204-206 yards. The concept is to speed up hip rotation and flexibility. My hip flexors have always been tight and this has evidently slowed my swing. The exercises done with these sticks instantly loosened me up. I'm ordering a set now!
