Love these pillows. I got two. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. My two favorite places to read.

I ordered it excited because I have one like it that gifted same brand this one is evidently refurbished look at the stains of the previous tablet and phone on the foam. The base is suppose to have two pieces of wood to hold it steady it came with one and the foam has like these little mice bites all over - it’s in the pics. I noticed all this after putting in the dryer with a wet towel 3 times. Each time for 15-20 minutes. Waiting .5 hr in between like the other comments said. I had to request immediately a refund I’ll buy the more expensive one see if that works - it didn’t come tightly wrapped up as it shows for other it was a lose plastic bag. So disappointed I needed for my 4 yo for a train ride he and my 6 yo are both non verbal asd and I only have 1 - that’s all that’s going to keep them calm in a 2 day train. Ppl dk how to be nice to kids with special needs if they have melt downs ppl will just taunt or complaint - I’m very disappointed that I had to spend so much effort and wait so many hours, to simply just have to be in hold to repeat myself to get help.

I’m sure this could have been a good product had it not shipped so tightly that it won’t fluff. As you can see by the pictures I can’t even see which end is up. It’s been around a week and it’s still all crunched up. It’s going to the trash today. It’s too low price for me to hassle with doing a return. 😫Update: I guess I'm admitting I'm not a READ THE INSTRUCTIONS type of person, but I didn't want to throw this away, so I went back and read other people's comments, and then back to where I read to throw it in the dryer to fluff it. I did and it somewhat "uncrunched" but then a couple of days later it finished puffing up to look like what I had ordered! I like it now because I can take it to bed with me and watch my iPad. I changed my stars to 4 because I do think they should come up with a better packaging. I'm sure I'm not the first person who just dives into a product without reading. This is the first time something like this has happened!

Like many of the other reviews, it arrived shrunk wrapped and flimsy. Huge disappointment. I’ll try some of the wetting and dryer recommendations I’ve read here, then send it back if not acceptable.Not at all like my 5 yr old grey. Nor the blue, which was fine, that I bought last month.UPDATE: I used the wet towel and dampening the pillow for 3 rounds in the dryer, 15 mins each time. Waiting 30 mins between each.Also unzipped it and found it is hallow in the middle, just put a few small soft towels in there to fill it out.It is now absolutely fine and usable. I’m happy with these results. Same shape and firmness as my others.The color is a rich maroon and matches my other decor.SUCCESS! Keeper!4.5 star rating only because I had to spend so much time working out the kinks.

I was not impressed when I unwrapped it from the packaging. It was small, misshapen- I couldn’t see how it would EVER be right. I read another customer’s comment and she was RIGHT ON THE MONEY so I did what she recommended! I put the whole thing in the dryer with a wet cloth for 20 minutes and when it came out of the dryer it was PERFECT! Shape, stability- perfect! And the suede-like fabric feels great- it feels like a Squishmallow! I’m SO glad I got it!

Four days later and foam still not filling cover. Came wrapped up tight like a burrito and foam isn’t fully expanding. Have two other identical, same brand, that are great, but this one is lacking due to smashed foam. Only recommend buying the fully expanded ones.

Very helpful when using ipad on knees/legs.
