No doubt HAWKINS is a time tested brand.. Best in its catagory

Good quality material , heavy cooker
Good quality, heavy material, go for it. Although fining could be approved but overall good cooker. Got it for 1,990 ...same model in pigeon is of ₹1,000 but then quality is not that good comparable to hawkins so I returned the pigeon cooker and ordered hawkins. Price is double but then quality is also good. Rest will get to know after use.

Valve is broken after first use ..there is hole in safety valve
In first use..during cooking all rice coming out from valve and there is a hole in safety valve and leakage issue also there .. it’s my new pressure cooker.. waste my money !

This little pal is so excellent. I have made so many dishes over the years with them. It’s an essential in any kitchen. I’m viewing this now because I think I need a bigger one, but I love the size of this one, as it allows me to make meals for myself. My kids don’t always like what I make, so I can make a one-off just for me.
