I’m trying to avoid knee replacement and have bought creams, had gel shots, bought several different types of knee braces and NOTHING relieved my pain but this tape!!! I got it Saturday and have taken nightly showers with it on, three nights now, and it’s still right in place!I highly recommend!!

This tape does help support the knee and makes life a little more comfortable. Lasts about three days. Good product!

These are fantastic! Easy to apply and remove. The support is exactly what I needed to keep an old injury from acting up. I love that these take the guesswork out of proper placement.

If you are looking for SERIOUS support for your knees, this product might not fit the bill. I am a huge fan of PRO K-Tape but thought I would try this to see if I could get one complete piece to do the job. It wasn't supportive enough for me.BUT, let me just say on the positive side - this tape does not irritate my skin so I use it as a bottom layer and then put the Pro K-tape on top, so I get double the support and no irritation (good if you are leaving it on for a longer period). I just won't purchase it again though only because I will just use the Pro K-tape and take if off after I play. I will put my money towards the stronger product and wear for a shorter time.

I would recommend it . It’s so much easier when there already cut . The tape doesn’t hurt when removing it like other tape does . My skin is thin and I’m always worried about my skin ripping

Disappointing- wish I could give no stars on this. I was hoping to have knee support that could be worn under my pant leg. The stretch on these is vertical instead of horizontal. This does not allow you to add any tension. The fabric is so thin too. I did not get relief or support for my knee pain. Unfortunately the only way to know this is to open the package and use one. Doubt I can return it now. Very disappointed. Will not buy this item on Amazon again. Going to have to find someplace local where I can see the stretch and quality before purchasing. Waste of money for sure.

really like these, they are easy to apply and stay on for several days. Just remember to remove it with warm water and some type of oil, and pull it off slowly.

I will give it 2 stars for it being convenient. It trays almost immediately and does not have sticking powered, EVEN WITH A CLEAN KNEE OR THE REP3ATED RUBBING, SMOOTHING OF TAPE as directed to do.
