Very happy with this order. I’ve actually ordered more from this company because I was so happy with the end result. Came in a timely fashion, was neatly packaged and image was much better than I was anticipating. Sometimes you’ll need to play with the diamonds because computers are not perfect and they don’t always give you the correct shading so sometimes you have to fix that. I would turn off my light tray and get a better understanding of how the colors look together and resolved it. This is minor and was not something that was throughout the entire image just in certain small parts.

The media could not be loaded. The diamonds are not cut right I found this in just the start of my project! I accidentally ordered from them a second time and first time I had same issue please don't order from this company at all! I did complaint first time and they never sent replacement diamonds and the diamonds are different sizes ETC!!!!!!!

CHANGED THEIR SIZES WITHOUT WARNING.I’ve started a collection with them, and even bought frames, and I ordered 3 times for 30x30 and they were perfect sizes and fit the frames. Well, then I ordered a 4th one and it was NOT 30x30. It’s 25x25, i figured maybe my fault, ordered again, still 25x25. Ordered a THIRD TIME and STILL 25x25. They don’t even have an option to order 35x35 for it to ACTUALLY be 30x30 like it used to be when the border is cut and it is framed. I’m highly disappointed. $30 down the drain and now I’ll be ordering from somewhere else for the actual measurements I USED TO get from these guys.

The picture of my dog came out beautifully!!!! I have it in my room on my shelf!!!I did have to change one tiny section, because there was a little bit of plant in the background, but it was fine, it wasn’t a huge deal to change it.
