I have extreme plantar fasciitis and heel pain. My feet didn’t do well walking barefoot. These are the perfect house shoe for foot pain. I got a half a size bigger than my foot size. The toes are wide. The arch support is nice. The fabrics is soft and the sole sturdy.

Comfortable and warm!

I bought these for one reason...they were beautiful. And they are not to disappoint. The colors are peach and soft green. Extra nice is the great shoe cups that keep your foot in place. True to size. Keeps your poor feet from feeling the hard floor. I have bad neuropathy in both feet...and a tiny slit on one foot I'm having trouble healing even with wound cares help. My toes on the left foot are deformed from the big toe leaning to the left....AFTER having foot surgery several years ago. I have no arc in this left foot...but these slippers have an arch support that helps. I am told to be careful with slides and a foot sore, but these are the first footwear I have found in 10 years that I can wear comfortably. All around great slippers for those with foot problems. And they are beautiful.

I've got flat feet and a bad case of bursitis in my mid-foot pad area so I must wear something with arches throughout my house. As someone who'd rather be barefoot, it was a challenge finding something I'd WANT to wear all the time. These are FANTASTIC! They are very comfortable, warm and surprisingly stylish! They fit true to size, and I think they are great for the price. I think I'll get another in a darker color as the cream can get dirty quickly. 10/10

The good news: The "aaah!" factor is very high; when I put on these mule slippers, my feet feel gently cradled and supported, exactly as hoped. The fit and feel of the supportive sole is the same high quality as in all Orthaheel footwear I have purchased, with plenty of room under the ball of my foot and excellent fit throughout. The terry material used to cover the slippers is soft and silky and adds a luxurious quality to them, increasing the comfort factor, and making them candidates for best slippers ever. The bad news: sadly that very terry cloth covering is also a problem, because it is so soft and slippery that my foot slips sideways when I move (especially if I change direction e.g. to turn into a room), which usually causes the back of my foot to slide off the supportive heel cup. Since the whole point of buying Orthaheel slippers was to wear them around the house when I return home after a long day in heels, it is disappointing to find these slippers do not perform well when actually walked in. Since even something as simple as cooking dinner involves walking with changes of direction (between fridge and counter and sink and cupboard and stove and back again), these slippers do not do the job. To sum up: I like many things about these slippers, but will not repurchase because of the slip factor caused by the terry covering. If I hadn't already recycled the box I would have returned them. I will only use these when I am planning to stay put on the couch with the barest minimum of walking. I will continue my quest for another slipper model with equally excellent arch and heel support that holds up when I move. In the meantime I will wear my Orthaheel mule sandals loosened a bit to accommodate some fluffy socks--not a very glamorous look, but much better performance.
