The picture installation instructions are terrible. There are no dimensions, no written words (but a few in something other than English)I’m trying to talk to a human being in order to ask some questions and order another arm as one is broken. If someone can make this right I would love this awning and give it a 5 star review but the way it is now is an expensive mistake. Ugh. So frustrating

Not bad not great. Has potential to be a really nice product however some pieces are very poor quality, not sure how long it will last.

I hire a professional to put it together since I had to build the structure to hold it. Good quality and sturdy and took 3 people to hold it to put in place. It was very heavy.

Probably not how it was intended to be used. But wanted a way to use the hot tub in rainy weather.

Lasted. 30 min before broke. Asked for replacement. Or refund. Said no.
