These are great snack crackers. I take a medicine that requires it be taken with food but also requires it be taken with 9-12 grams of fat in order to be absorbed by the body. Well the provide that in a perfect ready to go item. It takes the guess work out of have to look up multiple food items to get those needed 9-12 grams. This package meets the criteria and tastes great. Their put nut butter ones do too.
