Marquette Castings 4 qt. Cast Iron Dutch Oven (Matte White)

I love this cast iron it works for our family of 3 for anything we cook in it. If you plan on making big soup dishes or have a bigger family I would size up. I’ve cooked bread in it and it’s amazing! Also it hasn’t chipped I was worried for that since we got the Matt white. You can even have it out since it’s great to display instead of have it hidden away.

In all honesty, I bought this more for decor than purpose - however after using it to make a tri-tip in one day, we discovered that we absolutely love cooking with it and it cleans so easily. It sits proudly on our cooktop, looks great and is very multi-functional. Happy to report that 6 months of use has not impacted the color, hardly any staining and is scratch resistant.

Glad I got the smaller 4 qt size! It’s plenty big for soups and stews for our family of 4. Since cast iron is heavy I prefer the smaller size, it naturally weighs less, is easier to handle while washing, and is a very functional for our family.

Love it. I've been using it for a while and it works perfectly with my induction cooker. It's stylish and easy to clean, highly recommend.

I purchased this 4 qt dutch oven (in white which is awesome) to use mainly to cook bread in but wasn't sure it would work size wise. It works beautifully. I do use parchment paper so there was literally no clean up. I love the simple, clean lines of this pot. I have a Lodge 6qt that is really heavy so this one is nice as it's probably 2- 3 lbs lighter. I'm gonna try a stew in it next to see how it retains the heat, but I think it will be fine. Product arrived in excellent condition; no chips, marks, cracks, despite Amz's sometime's half-hazard packing style.

Love it ! Works like the higher priced Dutch ovens the white is beautiful.

The reviewer who said this is made in USA is thinking of the company itself which indeed American. The company focuses on that fact, but the product is manufactured in China.

We use this to make sourdough bread and it is the perfect size and shape. Stands up to blazingly hot oven temperatures and will last a lifetime. I am very pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to purchase again.
