Pink salt is for cooking
I figured this was a hoax, losing weight extremely fast never happens. I stayed on the salt for 2 weeks, nothing! I didn’t drop my calories to 1000-1200.However, the real “trick” is limiting your calories to 1000-1200 per day! At that daily calorie intake, of course you will lose weight and skip the pink salt!FYI if you lose more than a pound a week, you’ll probably gain it back plus more!

would recommend
tired of listening to adds saying how great this is without giving you the exact amount of each ingredient. This does that but 10 bucks a bit high on price

Just ok
There’s a few different recipes in here that are OK but I didn’t ride home to mother about it or anything that’s for sure. I don’t even know where it is now.

Is this necessary ?
Spoke with my doctor regarding The Pink Salt Trick. She had recently attended a weight loss seminar on weight loss. She said someone brought up The Pink Salt Trick. She said that the consentious among the physicians there was that this is just the recent weight loss scam being promoted. Also the ingestion/intake of sodium, like this solution promotes is dangerous, as it in some instances can raise ones blood pressure. It can be dangerous to those who already have HBP.
