I’ve purchased this twice and will continue to purchase it. It’s fantastic for cramps or for needing to up your magnesium levels. I apply it to my feet and legs. Great cream. No greasy feeling afterward and has a light pleasant scent for a shot while.

It worked most nights for my restless legs, also has a pleasant scent.

My son used this and got great results. He got good relief from his elbow pain and joints

I LOVE this stuff. I have been a big lover of magnesium for years, and then magnesium oil. The oil started getting messy when overspray was making my floors slick! Also, I had kiddos and knew magnesium could help them but was not comfortable with the possible tingling sensation magnesium oil can product. I got this product and never looked back. I use it for aches and pains, sleep, cramps, headaches, and general wellness. I also put it on my kiddos for sleep, health, and growing pains. If my three year old ever has a pain, or aches up in the night, he always asks for lotion. I purchased a few of the travel sized ones to throw one in my purse that I can easily refill from larger bottles, as well as to give out to friends to try.

I've only tried this to use this a few times, and I can't say whether it's had any effect on my sleep or leg cramps. The lotion is so thick that I struggle to get it to come out of the tiny bottle. Because it's so hard to get out, It's possible that I'm not using enough to make a difference. Before I ordered this, I saw that other reviewers had this problem, but I thought, "How hard can it be?" Damn hard, as it turns out. I should have heeded their warnings. It doesn't matter how good a product may be if you can't use it. The manufacturer should sell this in a small tub, not a bottle. Until they smarten up and change the packaging, steer clear.
