I Normally supplement Corebolics Whey isolate for achieving my daily protien needs but I have to travel sometimes. so i was looking for alternative and I had one of this. I like the really like the taste but it makes your mouth dry a little. and the amount of calories is is pretty high around 400Kcal its like meal. if you dont have time for food and want to have it on the go this is good option. I will taste other flavours and will let you know the how others also taste • Good- 1. 30Gm of protein 2. Tasty 3. Portability • Bad 1. Costly 2. Dries of mouth
