ordered 50 trees, no regrets. they are strong and heathy after 1.5 years.
Ordered 2 lots of 25 trees from planters nursery about a year and a half ago. They arrived very well packaged and healthy. These are clones (I has assumed anyway) They were rooted in 1 inch pots. I rented a hole digger, dug down 3 ft and filled the holes with soil mix (peatmoss, garden soil, compost and a little sand) as my soil was mostly clay. I planted 45 of the trees, about 4 ft apart to grow a hedge to block the view of my neighbors driveway and hopefully insulate some of the sound. I planted the last 5 in 2 gal pots. I lost 2 trees in the first couple weeks after planting but some loss is expected. I replaced them in the line ( that's why I potted some). I'm happy to say all others all doing great. the trees in the ground did better then the potted one, but they will be planted in the spring. The Thuja are about 2.5-3 feet tall with many branches now in their 2nd winter. I expect to see them shoot up this year now that they are established. the first winter, one of the worst winters here in years with ice storms and huge snowfalls, my neighbor shoveled snow directly onto to the newly planted trees. I imagine he was trying to kill them because they are 6 ft in from my property line And it took effort to heave that heavy snow so far. Even with all that abuse they keep going. I am very pleased with the order and I'm happy with these sturdy, hardy and easy to care for trees. *Over 7 years later ..... The trees are well over 20 ft tall and stunning. The first picture was taken after about 6 months of planting, the second picture is taken after about 6 years. You can see how the trees completely block the view of my neighbor's garage. Btw: they smell wonderful of citrus or lemon when trimmed.

Great trees
I bought these trees and every single tree has survived the winter and are growing quickly. They are 400 feet from my house so I cannot water them. The only water they get is from rain but yet they are thriving. If I had watered them, they would be twice as big. These are very hardy and beautiful trees. I highly recommend them,

Very dissatisfied. Not as described!
None of these “trees” were more than 3” tall. A few were dead upon arrival. These were fresh cutoffs and were too small to plant as most had not rooted. I decided to try and salvage them so I transplanted to pots so they could double or triple in size before planting. Sadly, all of them were dead by the end of summer.

Not Expected - worthless plants
The plants arrived in excellent condition. However, I was shocked that they appear to be merely cuttings that were nurtured using a root starter and not actualy plants. Locally, these little plants if they were available would be less than $1.25 per plant, and actual plants a 1-2 years old with the folage of the entire shipment run only $5.96 at Home Depot. I contacted customer service for a refund and was provided two emails. A 3-week inground replanting wait time for a refund, 20% restocking fee, loss of S&S both ways, and failure to ship specifically on Monday or Tuesday via only USPS Priority was sepcified. I showed these plants to a local nursery and was told it would take 10-plus years to be six-seven feet tall or look anything like the picture representation of product. Customer service from this seller ensures you will just about have to not return them in order to prevent a total loss. I would not recommend purchasing these. Buy the 3 year old $16.95 3-foot plants at any Lowes/Home Depot/Nursery so that you will have a an actual tree in your lifetime. Amazon should drop this seller - this product and the seller are the worst I have encountered here at Amazon or at Ebay (267 transactions). Keep shopping and pass on this offer.

So far so good
Plants arrived in a large box. They were packed well, roots still moist and none of them seemed to be damaged. Planted them about two weeks ago with two cups of potting soil mixed in to native soil as the included instructions stated for this plant size. I've been watering periodically and so far so good. I will try to update this next spring to report how the summer and winter treated them, but from what I have seen and my limited knowledge of these trees, the product appears to be good. ***2nd winter update I lost 3 out of 25 trees over the first winter. All the others are doing great. They have been putting on good height and the trunks are thickening up nicely. Very happy with my trees
