This is by far the best laptop I've ever had. Runs games at max settings like it's nothing. I also work with 3D modeling and rendering software and this thing FLIES. Top quality renders in no time, and complex 3D modeling tasks without a problem. The screen is BEAUTIFUL. The sound quality is GREAT. The RGB looks really cool. The software to set it up can be a bit confusing but nothing a quick youtube video can't fix. Battery is not great, but that's normal for this kind of laptop. Keep in mind, this boy is HUGE. You get a 17" display, but it is bigger than that. It's also quite thick and quite heavy, but it's definitely worth it for the amazing performance you get. The charger is also big and heavy, so don't expect the most portable laptop. I love it and I totally recommend it if you're not looking for something to carry with you at all times. It was an upgrade from my 2020 ROG Zephyrus M15 and my life changed.

I ordered this laptop when it was on sale to replace an older Alienware laptop that finally was EOL. Shipping was fast , received in less then 48 hours from order but the first unit was DOA. I filed for an exchange and paid for a second one to expedite the process and would be refunded upon returned original item. 3 days later got the new one and it had a dead panel. It worked fine if plugged into hdmi but the laptop panel itself was completely dead. This time I requested a full refund. Unfortunately before I received my first one , Due to the specs and the price at the time I recommended it to a work mate who ended up also purchasing one. Unfortunately hers also suffered a similar fate as it would turn on but never make past the bios splash screen.

Product has been a nightmare to deal with. Since the day I purchased this laptop I was so excited to utilize its power and expect nothing but lightning fast load times, zero crashes, and no problems. Since I bought this laptop I have had nothing but problems. I have been a loyal MSI customer since the I first had the first MSI 1070 raider laptop and upwards and on. But this is the now second product I have bought with issues. Games are crashing because of faulty GPU, despite drivers and everything updated. Incredibly painful slow load times and even navigating the PC settings or UI it takes forever to load a menu or icons or etc. Bloatware was removed and still the computer is slow. Random crashes when surfing the web or doing something that is not at all demanding on the PC. Crashing, slow as as a snail load times and sluggish and slow computer in general despite having an I9 CPU. I willnever buy MSI garbage again. Avoid this laptop and MSI products like the plague. MANY MANY forums and users and etc explain how bad MSI quality has gotten and how many products have constant issues
