Appears to have an effect on my energy levels. I am able to stay awake all day. Not sure but it might be that it helps my body take advantage of some other energy enhancing supplements I am taking. I am sixty plus years old. I now tend to stay awake and alert up until midninght and still feel fresh waking up at 4 AM. I feel like I'm in my universty days in my twenties.

I heard about this on a podcast and decided to give it a go. I’m feeling a dramatic difference in energy at the gym specifically. Not sure if that the intended benefit - but it’s noticeable. This brand was a value compared to the others.

The bottle contains 60 capsules which is a 30 day supply. It's easy to swallow the capsules and doesn't upset my stomach. I haven't noticed any difference while taking it. Hopefully it is doing good on the inside!

60 capsules for A 30-day supply. Very easy to ingest capsule that leaves no aftertaste. Vitamin C included in a supplement that I take for muscle endurance and longevity. So far so good on this one. Great value for the money.

This is my first time taking a Urolithin A supplement. I became interested in this supplement after I heard a fitness expert recommend Urolithin A for healthy aging and mitochondrial health. Since taking this supplement, I have felt improved energy and less joint pain. It is hard to say for sure whether or not to attribute this improvement to this supplement because of confounding factors (changing hormones due to perimenopause, and the gradual recovery from a stress fracture less than a year ago). This is a promising supplement that I will consider continuing. I am happy with the quality of this supplement, and appreciate that it uses liposomal technology for enhanced bioavailability. Note that there are 2 capsules per serving, so the 60 capsule bottle provides a 30-day supply.

NOT VEGAN. The label says vegan. The description says 100% vegan and dairy free. However, one of the ingredients is listed as collagen peptides, which are generally animal derived. This makes me not trust this company. Sadly, I opened this before I saw the labeling discrepancy so I am not sure if I can return it. In any case, I doubt I will take these, as I now do not trust any of the information on the label. This confusing information makes the company seem shady.
