早速戴きましたけど備蓄米の香りがしました ３ヶ月分以上あるためコスパは良いです。 銅のサプリは初めてなので続けてみます

亜鉛を飲むため銅不足になると困ると思い注文。カプセルも小さく飲みやすいです。少し水色がかった色のカプセルです。匂いは銅の匂いが少しするかなー程度。

I live in the US but my mom lives in Japan. I wanted her to take high quality supplements especially copper but it was so hard to find the ones that meet my expectations in Japan (I don’t want her to take multivitamins or multi-minerals as they contain unnecessary stuff). Thankfully I could find this one on Amazon Japan! It was great that I didn’t have to pay for shipping from the US. Unfortunately it’s not easy to consume enough copper from diet alone today as the soil is so depleted due to mono crop agriculture practices. Copper is critical for regulating iron metabolism. I’m so glad my mom has started taking this!
