Yes,I think Bach Flower Remedies , would help greatly . It would be a good idea to get a book on Bach Flower Remedies to help you choose what combinations would work best for the situations. Their are many books to choose from, I would recommend Bach Flower Remedies: Hand Book by Dr. Philip M. Chancellor. I' am going through a life transition myself, & I'm seeing results already due to the remedies. Remember they are very subtle, & do not work fast like drugs but do work , Good Luck !

Q: is this stock or doseage strength?

This is a stock bottle, so you use only a few drops of this in your dosage bottle or your medicine bottle, that you add water to and something to preserve it, such as brandy, colloidal silver, or unfiltered apple cider vinegar. You can of course take drops straight from this bottle, if you haven't time to make up a dosage bottle, but it is unnecessary, and you will run out sooner. You can also just add 3-6 drops or so to a small amount of water, and sip at intervals. Hope this helps!

Q: How long will one bottle last, if I take one dose a day?

Apologies for delay in response due to our return from holiday shutdown. A 10ml bottle of RESCUE REMEDY contains approx 105 doses of 4 drops, while a 20ml bottle contains approx 210 doses. Spray 20ml approx 175 two spray doses / Spray 7ml approx 60 doses.
