It works
I've used a variety of Retinol products. Paid an excess of £100 per bottle, and honestly, this product is as good as the. expensive stuff. Just remember to put this on at least 40 minutes before bed; otherwise, your white pillow cover will turn yellow. I'm on my 3rd bottle and will be buying more for sure

Great texture, better than other versions or options
Better texture than the 0.5% or 1% Retinol version (which are oily). This one is smooth and easy and quick to absorb.About the effectiveness, it may take several weeks to notice anything, so I will update this review if that is of interest.

Easily absorbed into the skin
Small tube but it does last a while, so it’s definitely worth a buy. I have used this product before and I like it. Easy to apply.

Not for my skin unfortunately
I'm used to tretinion and adapelene at high strengths but switched to this, so I didn't have to continue my prescription. I have sensitive/ acne prone skin. Unfortunately my skin does not get along with this. I know it is not the retinal itself as my skin is used to retinoids, rather the compound of other products in this, as I keep purging and it is always after a night of using this. My skin will go bumpy and dull. After 5 months of use, I really did give it a go and wished it worked as it is half the the price of my tretinion prescription. So I am going back on tret again.

Bit more expensive and not really worth it
I cant really say this is much better than cheaper retinol versions. I have not noticed any difference if Im honest. Its a small bottle and you do need more than the pea size recommended as it does not extend easily, it gets absorved almost immediately and you have to apply more to cover the whole face. I dont think I will buy it again as it does come more expensive without better results. I will go back to my cheaper retinol on this occasiin.
