I'm giving it five stars, mostly because it's actually specified that it doesn't come with any launcher. If you're new to Beyblade X, please buy a starter set instead; there are plenty of options to choose from. Buy this set only if you want to get the first three starter Beyblades (except Dransword) to complete your collection or get the most number of Beyblades for the price, which is actually a pretty decent deal.
