Does this work with a goxlr?

Yes but you will need to change the mic type in goxlr settings to condenser so it has phantom power otherwise nothing will get through (even if you are using dynamic because that is all the setting in goxlr does)

Will it work on condenser microphone ?

No. This particular model works only on dynamic microphones.
