I was very pleased to find these pair of boots in late March: they were advertised as waterproof, comfortable and hard-wearing. Finding something non-leather was also very important for ethical reasons.The boots performed really well up until about two weeks ago when I discovered small holes on the inside and outside of the upper (see image). Now after walks on wet, grassy paths my socks get wet - the boots are not waterproof anymore. It is a real shame because I find them very comfortable.I wear the boots every day for about an hour while walking my dogs. We usually walk on grassy paths, tarmac or gravelled paths.Sadly I do not have the option to claim my money back on Amazon, and now I have to start the hunting for boots again...

Great fit, very comfy however not very durable - had them about year and a half and only used a few times and the boots already have tears in the material where the shoe bends. Such shame as very comfy for wide feet - do not reccommend.
