I love this black honey color from Clinique, and this product is fantastic for making lips look and feel soft without being sticky. It’s perfect to use in combination with my more traditional black honey lipstick, and I genuinely think that this color is flattering on pretty much anyone. I am very fair and while it looks dark in the tube, it’s actually kind of subtle, just enhances the real color of my lips. There’s no weird or unpleasant taste or smell, and while it’s a little pricey for the quantity, the quality is excellent and a little goes a long way. This product is also versatile, it can be used on lips, cheeks, and even eyes (in my opinion anyway). This particular consistency is great as a cheek color, it doesn’t cake or enhance any of my lines or other flaws and has a gorgeous translucent finish that leaves skin looking dewy and youthful. Excellent addition to my makeup bag.

Got it on sale, color is beautiful and it has good coverage! Pretty moisturizing not super sticky for me which was surprising. Applicator is a bit small it applies really smoothly. My only problem is that it didn’t last long (so something I have to constantly reapply).

Honestly disappointed in the weak pigment. It looks ok right after application but doesn’t last very long. The applicator isn’t very even, with the top applying more product than the bottom, so you kind of have to blend it together on your lip. The texture is a little glossy and sticky for my liking and it surprisingly isn’t moisturizing at all. On the skin it’s a little better but still so sticky. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

I’ve always been suspicious of lip color that doubles as cheek color. I’ve tried a few but they always felt gummy, greasy, or didn’t provide even blush coverage. This Clinique product is perfect. It does exactly what it says - colors cheeks and lips with a beautiful shade that looks great on just about any complexion. The black honey pop lip + cheek oil is just as good as the Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. It goes on thin and smooth, isn’t sticky, and covers evenly. It’s easy even for someone who isn’t typically great at cream blush.

Beautiful colour, not at all tacky on your lips, u don't need to use alot to have an impact. Will be buying again !
