These resemble rice noodles. Didn't taste like sweet potato.

I loved the versatility of the noodles and the quality. They tasted phenomenal and authentic. Unfortunately, they do not keep very well and must be used on the spot, or else the texture gets mushy. I also did not love how large the pack was. I wanted a smaller pack from this brand but the only option was this pack of four. Additionally, they were very easy to prepare and make.
