Simple to use!
The product has been great! Arrived promptly. The bags that came are the perfect size. Vacuums and seals my fresh garden veggies with ease!

Do not buy....
The media could not be loaded. It seals but it doesn't vacuum at all. Customer service was very nice and did their best on troubleshooting, but they were not able to help me resolve the issue, and now I have to return the product. The only good review I can give about this product was the customer service. The item itself is a piece of junk

Very, very slow.
This unit is waaay slower than the others I have had. I am not a patient person and kept thinking it wasn't working. My husband, who is infinitely more patient than I, got it to work, albeit very slowly! Just keep waiting, it will finally finish vacuuming and will seal eventually!
