This is an interesting product. It's easy to use and conveniently fits in a purse or bag. I've read about Glutathione and NAC before, and I know they are both available as supplements due to their health benefits. The dosage of both ingredients in a single patch is quite small. However, considering that the patch is designed for occasional use, I decided it would be worth a try. I can't say for sure if it positively affected me, but I didn't have any bad reactions to it either. I have some unrelated health issues, though, so it may impact the patch's efficiency on me. Easy to apply! I slap one on after a shower and before bed and I feel amazing in the morning! At my age after drinking day or night I can feel it the next day. I actually think these are working, seriously! I was skeptical, glad I gave them a shot!

Helps when you have a late night out full of debauchery. I put it on before I go out and change it to a new one when I get home - helps keep the monster hangover away the next day.

These work great and not just for getting on an airplane. I use them when I feel overwhelmed and helps so much. I tried their brand of the calm patches but these work better.
