where do I find the proper covers that fit? I bought a standard cover set and they dont fit they are slightly to small.

I bought mine from Amazon. I suspect they all start out too small. I had to so some serious stretching and manipulation to get them to fit. I had to slightly close the chair, put the seat part on, and sit on the fabric as I opened the chair.

How much weight does each chair height hold?

At my heaviest weight of 228, my chair held up just fine. Hope that helps a little bit.
