I’m so glad we added this protection plan. We sent in our projector to be repaired, we received updates along the way, and when it was determined it was unable to be repaired we were issued an immediate refund via Amazon gift card to select a new item. I was extremely happy and will buy this again

While the plan covered my failed product. The process was cumbersome and honestly slow. They advertise it as easy and seamless but it’s not. I purchased another plan for the replacement product but now I know better that it WILL NOT be as easy as effortlessly as advertised.
