Brilliant GPS Tracker - Cost Effective - Great Customer Support
This tracker is fantastic. It is very small and stealthy and can be easily mounted thanks to the magnetic strip. You simply need to insert a (GSM) SIM card and the device will automatically turn itself on. Two SIM card adapters are also included that allow you to use micro and nano cards, along with normal sized cards. The battery life is surprisingly long and charges very quickly. In addition, it can also be used whilst charging. The instructions are clear and show many examples, including use of the app and text message commands. You can also avoid using the app completely (if it's not your thing) and interface with the tracker through calling and text messages.One of the best things about this tracker is that it does NOT involve any subscription charges or hidden fees. You simply need to buy/ provide a SIM card. I personally used GiffGaff pay-as-you-go. I found a friend who uses them and asked for their "Invite a friend" link to get free credit.At first I did have a little trouble, but the very friendly customer support immediately helped me out.In order to change the tracker's settings, you must first give it an admin's Telephone number (otherwise it will not reply to any commands)! This can done by sending it the text message "admin123456 <your mobile number>" (note the space before your telephone number). I believe those who gave this product a negative review missed this step.Overall, this is a great product and I am very happy with my purchase.

Do not buy
I have had this tracker for over a month and been in regular contact with the seller and asking them advice on how to get this item set up, and still got no further. The SIM card that comes with this doesn’t work, and you have to purchase your own and there has not been much help or advice when I am trying to explain how I think the item we have been sent is faulty

Customer service is good.
The team helped me with getting the tracker to work. It was a bit of an issue trying to get the tracker work with 4G only sim. But replacing it with 2G sim got the tracker working. Tracker is small and provides location data as required

I couldn’t get it to work. So returned it. But brilliant tech support that did try to help so can’t fault that.

fair help here and there but i couldn't get this to work, tried 3 different sim cards, used inside and out, eventually gave up!

Very happy with purchase, had A problem initially setting it up, but was helped step by step via what's app contact. Good little device!

Not good
Bought this. It worked for a while but hasn’t worked for months. Paid our subscription fee but still the tracker cannot find a gps signal. Email the firm but not been resolved.

Small Accurate Tracker that will fit almost anywhere.
This tracker is small as you can see by my photos next to UK pound coins. It also come with magnets so you can affix to a vehicle or other metallic surface.If you have more than one tracker they can set up an account to view all your trackers in one place.Currently have 8 trackers from TKStar and all work really well. Ada provides good customer support via WhatsApp for any technical issues.
