Q: Is this enviromental safe?

I just called Adam's support and spoke to Christian. It is NOT BIODEGRADABLE and everyone should be clear on that. It is "bio friendly" ie "won't kill anything". Look elsewhere for biodegradeable car shampoo - which is rare and usually weak compared to non-biodegradeable counterparts

Q: What makes this twice the price as any other ph neutral soap?

I USE IT IN A FOAM CANNON. 3 OZ. PER QUART. IT LASTS FOREVER AND IS A GREAT PRODUCT. WILL NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE ON MY CAR. BUY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT. WELL WORTH THE PRICE

Q: I removed the black cap from the gallon and noticed red cap that was inserted in the mouth of the gallon (prevent spills?) Is it normal?

Yes, I usually just throw away the red cap after I open it.

We would recommend using Adam's Graphene CS3 which is a very versatile product that can be used as a spray and wipe, drying aid, or waterless wash. We believe this will outperform because of the Graphene Oxide technology. If you wanted an apples to apples product we would recommend Adam's H2O Guard & Gloss which has been a fan favorite for years. Thanks!
