Q: Is it bright white in colour?

No but if your looking to make it white,add the smallest bit of purple colour and it'll turn it white. Just like hair toner, sounds illy but works!! X

Q: Is this vegan friendly

Vegetarian friendly and gluten free. No mention of vegan friendly xx

Q: Please can you tell me if I ice my cake how long will it last uncut out the fridge please

If you keep the cake in a cool place it should keep for a week. I keep mine in a sealed container and when cut just a place a piece of cling film over the cut surface. I find the fridge dries the cake out too much and of course, the icing sets very firm.
