Excellent. This Samsung TV was purchased to replace a 12 year old Samsung TV with a damaged screen and so of course this was a dramatic improvement. From unpacking through to set up and finish took around 15 minutes using the remote control, there is the option to link your phone but this seemed to take forever and I abandoned this procedure after an hour. It only takes one person to handle and set up the TV as it is reasonably light given it's size. Picture quality is superb and everything from movies stored on USB devices, amazon prime and terrestrial TV is upscaled to 4K quality. When watching movies you have the option to watch in Movie mode which gives a more authentic and nostalgic feel to those older movies. If you have avi. and wma. files then this TV does not support them and hence can't play them, a minor gripe but hey I can live with that. Sound quality with the inbuilt TV speakers is crystal clear and again superb, no need to buy a soundbar, another nice feature is the standby light which has been strategically placed under the TV so when the TV is switched off the standby light is not glowing at you from the front. Nice touch. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. I did look at other makes such as TCL and HiSense which were in a similar price range but I chose the Samsung due to a professional recommendation and so far so good. One last thing, when viewing the screen from different angles, the picture quality does not alter or deteriorate, a sign of a good television.

Great TV for the price. I really wanted a Samsung TV as all my devices are Samsung, so it's great to have them linked. It's incredibly easy to set up - it's connects to your Wi-Fi and it does its own thing, no need to fiddle around. It has a great picture and sound quality, therefore it's a great purchase, which I definitely recommend. I also love the functional home screen when you turn it on, which you can edit, so it shown all your currently watched series and your favourite channel.

Honestly amazing TV. The picture quality is fantastic, very clear and vibrant, and it’s super easy to use. Delivery was perfect – arrived safely with no scratches or damage at all. It did turn out bigger than my TV stand, but that was totally my mistake 😅 Overall, very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

Well the tv came no damage all parts there well packed delivery not ace but it came it has good sound because it may have harden karmon speakers has there samsung but it's not loud and surround sound from it isn't that good unless you have a avr hifi theater system the picture is great for the money it's 55inch functionality is good it has two remotes and lots of apps it as tuner radio stations to have has favourites the remotes could be bigger little buttons annoying I use the xbox control thou you still need use tv control its a great tv can't really complain I have blue ray player added to it and it's awesome picture it's easy to use it's a lot of tv for the price I would recommend to anyone enjoy your viewing

Excellent TV. Its a big one but fits perfectly and sturdy on our living room wall above the fireplace. Colour is great and the sound is perfect. Functions as expected for a decent Samsung TV. Quality is so good for the price we paid compared to some prices we saw in the shops.

The term smart tv is not to be trusted. It means if you move the sky box from hdmi 1 to hdmi 2 that the tv gets so confused that it refuses to work. My 11 year old that can use an iPad or laptop like he was born with it in his hand can’t understand this tv. It’s the hardest to understand most difficult and annoying piece of technology I’ve ever owned. The tv has only Bluetooth output for audio so I can’t connect to my stereo and the tv speakers are very limited. There is also e ark output but I only get static on that so I’m not sure that it actually works. This tv will loose Samsung a generation of users and rightfully so, I feel sorry for anyone who buys this for an elderly relative

Great TV, excellent picture.

Bought as a replacement for the replacement tv. Had a Samsung before that went wrong constantly. Had it repaired under warranty three times and when the warranty expired and the tv went wrong again I decided not to buy another Samsung… the replacement make was appalling so I got a refund and went straight back to Samsung. Sound and picture are amazing and the cost was fantastic. It has all the smart features you would expect and all the apps you could need. I’ll stick with Samsung from now on.

The only issue was the delivery time, which didn’t match what was agreed. However, the product itself is excellent—very big, very thin, and even at 15% volume it sounds like a full soundbar. I’m really happy with it. I would just recommend switching the distributor from GLS to DHL or PostNL, as they offer more reliable delivery times.
