Sharp, well balanced, perfect for preparing Chinese food. It’s very easy to end up with too many knives so as a retired chef I have tried to minimise my knife collection. This cleaver is the final piece of my knife set. I now have a set of 6 knives that I can use to prepare anything I need to. This maker is a recent addition and their knives are very good value for money and sit very well alongside my other knives.

The knife has a great weight and feel and the edge was quite good when received. I will have to see how it lasts over time and how it holds an edge, but for now it seems great.
