This is an excellent probiotic, the prebiotic fiber added is what I believe what made it extra effective. I struggle with IBD with diarrhea and this product solved all my issues as long as i faithfully take two a day. I only sometimes add a third if I have an extra serving or two of dairy or if I am under extreme stress. It is amazing its effectiveness, I have searched for years for resolution to my tummy issues, I am so grateful I found it in this product. Quality, affordability, and effective, a grand slam, highly recommend.
