After running out of my previous brand of probiotic supplement I began checking on Amazon for a good probiotic for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, in spite of the numerous brands I found the prices on most of these products way too expensive; however, this particular brand (Swanson probiotic & prebiotic fiber: digestive health, 500 million CFU per capsule & 500 mg FOS, 60 capsules) seem to be the best bargain and I ordered them.I was impressed at the fast service and began taking these probiotic capsules. The suggested amount on the bottle is to take two capsules a day with water, but I found that taking one a day works just fine.If you are into taking a probiotic you may want to check out this Swanson brand on Amazon.Rating: 4 Stars. I’ve only been using these a week and already everything is flowing so much smoother! I’ve struggled with digestion, pooping, all of the above since I was a little kid. This is the best I’ve tried so far
