Ecklonia Cava has been in use in some countries like Japan for a long time now. It contains some interesting compounds such as dieckol, which have a variety of possible benefits. For example it was shown to help with endothelial health, inflammation, anxiety and sleep. Personally I was hoping to see benefits with regards to sleep and circulation. What I noticed was taking 2 of the capsules before bed made my sleep a bit deeper, though I didn't notice much in regards to circulation or inflammation. It's important to note that supplements like this take a little time to build up in the system. I took 4 capsules on the first day, 2 for 2 days after and then 1 capsule thereafter. It has made my sleep quality a bit better and I think it contributes to my health in general. The issue is that the supplement is not cheap and the effects are not permanent, so if it does help you, you'd want to keep taking it. I'm not sure it lives up to the hype, but I was glad to get a chance to try it. For people with sleep problems or anxiety, I'd say this could be worth giving a shot as it is safer than many drugs out there. Overall a decent supplement with mild benefits given the price.

Appears to be quality Antioxidants product with no taste and easy to take but with small capsules and a high price, I question the value. However Ecklonia cava alga is supposed to be a healthy supplement from my reading. I have not yet sensed results but continuing to take and look forward to enjoying its effectiveness.
