Ninja absolutely nailed it!
The Ninja Luxe Café 3-in-1 has completely transformed my daily coffee ritual into something I genuinely look forward to. This machine feels less like an appliance and more like a personal barista living on my countertop. Espresso comes out rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced with a crema that rivals café quality. Drip coffee is smooth and flavorful without bitterness, and the cold brew? Shockingly good—clean, bold, and refreshing without the long wait. What truly sets this machine apart is its versatility and thoughtful design. Switching between brew styles is intuitive, the controls are user-friendly, and cleanup is refreshingly easy. It saves counter space, money, and time while delivering premium results every single cup. Whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or a full-on caffeine connoisseur, this machine adapts effortlessly. I can confidently say this is one of the best kitchen investments I’ve ever made. Ninja absolutely nailed it.

3 Lattes to perfection!
As my title says, it took me 3 tries to become adept at making the perfect latte, and the first didn’t count as you’re supposed to dispose of that one anyway. I’ll be honest, I was worried about becoming an amateur barista thinking the instructions for setup and brewing might go over my head. On the contrary, between the setup instruction manual and the step by step instructions through the BILT app (just scan the QR code and it’ll walk you through this part), it was quite easy to get going. In less than an hour, I had the machine setup and had brewed myself a perfect store quality caramel latte. The stainless steel design looks great and the unit itself appears to be quite durable. A sturdy design with enough weight behind it to keep it easily in place. I’m impressed with the various functions and choices available. It came with a basic recipe book that included various types of recipes, including cold brews. This lovely machine also makes an amazing cup of hot cocoa, for which I used a thick froth setting for the milk (Lactaid works just as well as regular milk, as I’ve become lactose intolerant over the last decade). I haven’t yet purchased a separate knock box for the coffee grounds, so until I do, I have an empty coffee can I keep under my sink for proper disposal. The coffee grounds come out with just a light tap. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ve always been a fan of Ninja products, and this machine is no exception. The Ninja Luxe Café 3-in-1 machine makes it easy to become an amateur barista in no time. As someone who spends roughly $65-$85 a month on retail coffee shops, this machine will pay for itself quickly.

Quality and reliable
This is a great machine. We've been searching a few years, found this machine that's not $600 or more and I love it. It was a gift for a special day from my husband. If you are looking to buy a great espresso, cold brew, and regular coffee drip too!, for a gift this is it. It grinds, tells you what the recommendations are, programs itself to know what you like, and cleans itself. It comes with the utensils and booklet & easy to do recipes. It does not come w/ the old grinds box but they have that too. Oh & comes with a topper. If you take care of this machine and do what it says, you will have this a long time. The company stands behind this product which is a plus. I still have my Keurig for the need to get ready in a hurry mornings but love the Ninja for that espresso. I give this machine 5 stars for price, what it can do and quality.

Best coffee maker ever
I wish I had bought this years ago. Super easy to use, perfect coffee ever time. Literally does every kind of coffee and foam you could want- delicious every time. I have completely stopped buying coffee from coffee shops. My whole family uses and loves it.

Bought thinking it can’t be this good, but I ended up loving it
I’ve got a bad habit of overpurchasing kitchen appliances. Even great ones like the Instant Pot don’t get as much use as the allocated space should require. Enter my coffee dilemma. Tend to have coffee every day. Have stuck to single cups for the past couple decades, started with Keurig machines using metal refillable cups, alongside Nespresso original line with third party capsules. Gave away the Keurig in favor of a simple #2 “over cup” drip coffeemaker from OXO which was nice and tiny and simple. Kept the Nespresso but used rarely since it always fell short of coffee store coffee and I always buy too many capsules. Did appreciate the ability to choose exactly the coffee and caffeine level as well as quick brew and cleanup. Now to this Luxe. Priced used mint at a price that, alongside all the people raving crazy about it, decided to give it a chance to disappoint me. Fortunately or unfortunately, turns out this Ninja Luxe is actually very impressive, fun to use, and makes a pretty good latte (and probably other things if I were more motivated). So I ended up keeping it. The coffee hopper and grinder is great. Pretty easy to follow, somehow they magically tell you how much to set the grind for and it seems to work right. If I were to design the perfect machine I’d have two hoppers- one for regular and one for decaf, but that’s just me. I can grind decaf beans elsewhere and somehow finagle them into the dual holder and it seems to work well. But the Luxe weighs the coffee and manually filling it doesn’t do that. It’s a little hard to mount the coffee onto the machine, find myself having to try a few times to find the hole. Sometimes it’s pretty tight screwing it on, and other times it’s natural and easy. Usually a near perfect 2 ounces come out, but sometimes it’s only a little over one- same beans and same grind as before. That’s kind of odd, but I just pull a second shot of water through the grind. I love the frother on this thing. Really well designed, put the milk in, lift the wand and place it down, then put the wand back in. Push a button and it makes beautiful froth. Though it could have a little more foam to it, drinks tend to be light on foam even on high setting. Water bin is large enough for pulling many cups. I’ve tried making brew with the included quad cup and it’s far too strong, guess this thing is all about Americanos if you want a straight cup of coffee. But The storage, function, design of this is really a work of art. On the side is the funnel and tamper, easily accessible and stored away. I bought a third party silicone cover for the top of this for around $15 bucks, it covers everything neatly except leaves the coffee bin alone. This allows storage and even tamping to take place on top, in a small kitchen that’s handy. All-in-all, super happy with lattes and mochas every day, and this is fun to use. Not as fast as the Nespresso but close enough and the cleaning is not very involved. Main pain is cleaning the wand right, I just use a wet sponge then purge it into water in the jug. I do notice that the water tray fills up more often than expected, and pulling it out then dumping into the sink is precarious, always spill water and usually also drop the part beneath the espresso spout area. I’m selling off or donating my Nespresso machines, and I keep the OXO single cup in the cabinet for guests or my own occasional drip coffee urges. Nice thing is I can just turn on the Ninja to grind beans for the drip. Don’t think I’d have paid retail on this, but for the price I paid on a mint used one, around $300, this is a luxury that feels decadent to have available for a coffee drinker and sometimes host. Hopefully all the computer and mechanical ballet going on with this machine holds up several years, it’s something I never thought I’d spring for but happy I did.

game changer for coffee enjoyers
We purchased this in September and have been using it daily ever since and we absolutely love it. We replaced a K Brew + Chill (around $200) that had multiple issues within the first couple of months. I was hesitant to spend more than double the price after that experience, but after watching YouTube reviews and reading online feedback, we decided to go for it. This has turned out to be hands down the best coffee maker we’ve ever had. The functionality is fantastic and being able to choose between different drink options keeps things interesting without the complexity of owning multiple machines. It even tells you exactly how to set the grind and strength for your beans, so there’s no guesswork. Another big plus is that I've noticed Ninja sells replacement parts individually, which makes it easy to replace or repair anything if needed instead of having to buy a whole new machine. It’s a small thing, but it really adds to the overall convenience and value. Since getting it, our coffee quality at home has been so good that even on weekends, we make our drinks before running errands instead of stopping at a coffee shop. It’s truly worth the investment.

Quality and consistency
Nice machine. Has several options for frothing milk. Easy to use and keep clean. It is noisy when grinding the beans and frothing the milk. Makes a consistent tasting latte. No need to stop at the coffee shop for your caffeine fix.
