Love these and how easy it is to use them. I’m not a fan on dumbbells so these are perfect for weight lifting. Not to mention the padding is great to for comfortable support.

You Get a Great Workout With These Bars!
I ordered these bars to round out my home fitness equipment for variety. Sometimes I don't feel like swinging a kettlebell ya know? The bars come with a workout sheet you can hang on your wall which offers a challenging full body workout for women especially if done circuit-training style with very little rest between sets. I did two sets each of a dozen of the exercises and I worked up a serious sweat.I also want to say that the customer service of this vendor is AWESOME! One of my bars arrived with missing weight stickers. The company reps worked quickly and diligently to get me tags and adhesive to put them on with so I didn't have to worry about anything. Though vendors may offer similar products at similar pricing, what sets them apart is the care they show their customers -- to me that makes all the difference, My experience with this vendor and their product are rated 6 stars, but I can only give out 5. :)
