It's not as the title suggests. It's not made of wood, just looks like it. It's definitely some kind of like plastic/paper, pretty flimsy.Only recently the plastic wrap sometimes ends up back in the box instead of staying out near the cutter. This has only happened a few times but other than that, it works fine and is exactly what we needed. I didn't want to deal with plastic wrap that I would have issues ripping off.

Real Wood or not — this is Awesome. I’m amazed when anyone expects to get a real wood, functional product for less than $20, including 2 day shipping...made in the USA no less. I’m an amazon seller myself, so I may be biased and more in tune with the cost of selling ANYTHING online and locally... but regardless... Amazing idea, chics! ;) I love this. Doesn’t matter at all that it’s not “real” wood. It works. Im not getting sliced by the Saran Wrap serrated edging anymore, and it certainly looks more attractive than the branded packages. Maybe make a “real” wood one and sell it for four times the price... but I’m thrilled with these. Bought the foil one, too. Keep ‘em coming! 👏🏻

Great product, easy to use. I got this because I had sliced my fingers a couple times on the teeth of the box the plastic wrap comes in. This product makes a safe and easy way to wrap whatever I need. Only downside was cosmetic defects (see pictures). The box might have been squished in transit.

I really like this. I like the look of it, I like the ease of it, I like the convenience of it. Why didn't I know about this sooner? I've had some of the messiest plastic wraps you can imagine. This is just a dream. It's so neat and tidy. I also got refills. They are neat as well. Thank you Amazon. Once again, you came through for me.

The box was a little bigger than I expected but it still fits in my drawer. I was willing to give my right arm for a plastic wrap dispenser with a cutter so I’m just glad I found one and it works! You can totally refill this with any plastic wrap that fits. ChicWrap’s is expensive. The next time I run out of foil and parchment paper I’ll be buying new boxes from them with cutters!Update Dec 2020: The glue that holds the cutter strip down gave way and got tangled in with the plastic wrap so that sucked. I glued it back down but I feel like it’s just going to come off again.

Works great only drawback is that the lid needs to have a latch on each end so it doesn't keep popping open during use.

Liked it because it looks bettwe than a cardboard box. Xouls xut a little better.

love the ease of use. Cuts wrap cleanly and love the weight and tabs that keep it in place while you pull the wrap out.
