Q: Is it possible to get a line that is less stark, and more natural (a little more like a pencil?)

I take black eyeshadow & smudge the edges so it's not just a sharp line. It looks more blended & nice I think rather than just a line, I'm sure u can find some tutorials online. Hope that helped.

Q: How long can this product be used?

This is a really good eyeliner it is definitely waterproof. It is a little hard to get off with makeup remover but it does come off. I would buy it again.

I am sorry but I don't understand exactly what you are referring to. Eye health ?.I didn't have any reaction to it but ended up using a different product. I prefer liquid eyeliner applied with an extremely fine brush. If you have an exacting question I would contact customers service for the Corp that sells this product. And possibly one of their in house chemist can advise you. God Luck

Q: How is the product quality?

Dry this was either used, old and dried up or fake product. Horrible purchase and B.S. NO Return / Refund policy. Never again. Lesson learned! Purchase make-up in-store in person ✔️
